About the Hack Oldham

These are the things you need to know when introducing people to the space, the following should be read at every workshop or meetup.

Hack Oldham is a non profit community owned and operated co-working and makerspace. Membership of the space is open to everyone on a pay what you feel basis. Membership gives people access to the basement makerspace, discounts on co-working and workshops, priority booking where places are limited and a say in how the space is run.

If you like the space, and what we do, we'd hope you would consider becoming a member.

Open future_ North (aka Wayra)

Wayra UK, part of Telefónica Open Future_ offer two groups of start-ups per year access to mentoring, training in entrepreneurship and business skills and a space to work.

At the end of the 6 month period the best businesses will be asked to join the full acceleration Wayra UK programme, where they could receive up to £34,000 in investment.

The Digital Enterprise Hub (38 - 44 Yorkshire Street)

The redevelopment of the building which belongs to Oldham Council has been funded by them as part of the independent quarter program.
